Terms of Service

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

Accounts

Users must provide accurate, current information when creating accounts. Account holders are responsible for password security and must notify the company immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.

Required Card on File

Billing occurs electronically through Stripe. The company saves payment methods and charges automatically after each cleaning. All clients must maintain a working payment method on file.

Card Hold

24 hours ahead of your booking time, we will place a hold on your card equivalent to the booking amount.

Cancellation/Reschedule Fees

Cancellations require 48-hour notice. Late cancellations incur these fees:

  • Less than 48 hours: 25% of total booking price
  • Less than 24 hours: 50% of total booking price
  • Same day: 100% of total booking price

Cleaner Reassignment Policy

The company reserves the right to reassign cleaners to appointments as necessary, with reasonable prior notice when possible.

Complaints

Service complaints must be directed to support@cjmclean.com within 24 hours of service completion for potential resolution.

Right to Terminate Service

CJM Clean Services LLC reserves the right to terminate service for any client at any time for any reason.

Right to Refuse Service

The company refuses service for safety concerns, weapons, severe clutter, disconnected utilities, or unreasonable conditions. Services not provided include:

  • Certain blinds
  • Hoarder homes
  • Biohazards
  • Infestations
  • Second-story ladder work

Cleaning Day Preparation

Customers should tidy up before service to allow cleaners easy access to surfaces requiring cleaning.

Use of Homeowner's Vacuum

If you request to use your vacuum, we will not assume or accept any liability for damage to the unit.

Unreachable Areas and Heavy Items

Cleaners don't use tall ladders or move heavy furniture for safety reasons. Customers should move appliances and furniture before service if interior cleaning is requested.

Non-Solicitation Agreement

Clients agree not to solicit company employees for five years following service termination. Breach results in a $5,000 USD penalty.

Changes to Requested Services

Service modifications require company approval before the scheduled time. Customers must contact the office, not the cleaner directly.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

Our services are 100% Guaranteed—if we don't clean something to your satisfaction, contact us within 24 hours. The company offers a 24-hour warranty period. Complaints filed after 24 hours fall outside the warranty period. The company isn't responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.

Hourly clients should note that services may not complete within the allotted timeframe depending on home size, condition, occupancy, and utilities availability.

40% Off First Deep Cleaning Special

A $150 cancellation fee applies if customers cancel before completing three routine cleanings after opting for the first-time deep clean promotion.

Service Photography and Media Use Policy

Cleaning professionals photograph work areas before and after service. Customers consent to:

  • Photography for quality assurance and dispute resolution
  • Using before-and-after photos for promotional purposes without including identifiable personal items or people
