Privacy Policy

This policy explains what CJM Clean Services LLC (“CJM Cleaning”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use cjmclean.com and who else receives it.

What we collect

When you submit a quote request or contact form we collect your name, email address and phone number, along with the service you are interested in or the message you write, and your service address once you book.

We also record how you reached us — the page you landed on, the site that referred you, and the campaign and advertising click information that Google, Meta and other advertising platforms add to our web address when you click one of our ads. We use cookies and similar identifiers for this, and Google and Meta set cookies of their own through the tags described below.

Advertising and measurement

Google. We use Google Ads and Google Analytics. When you submit a form we send Google a record of that conversion, which can include a hashed version of your email address, phone number and name so Google can tell whether it matches an account that clicked one of our ads, and later the fact that the request turned into a booking and what it was worth.

Meta. We use the Meta Pixel on this site, which reports your page views and the fact that a form was submitted. When a request turns into a booking, our server sends Meta a record of that booking including a hashed version of your email address, phone number and name.

Google and Meta use what we send them not only to measure our advertising but to deliver and target ads, including ads shown to you elsewhere on their platforms and on other websites. You can opt out of that use through Google's My Ad Center and Meta's ad preferences.

Do Not Track

We do not respond to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control browser signals. Third parties, including Google and Meta, may through the tags described above collect information about your activity on this site and on other sites over time.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number we may contact you by text about your request. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. Your phone number and your agreement to receive text messages are never sold, and are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. We share them only with the service providers who send messages on our behalf, and with the advertising platforms in the hashed form described above, which is used only to measure our own advertising.

Who else receives your information

We share it with service providers who act on our behalf and may use it only to provide their service to us: website hosting and form delivery; the database that holds our customer records; scheduling and payment processing; phone and text messaging; email; job application forms; content delivery for the fonts and images on our pages; and the software platform our customer system runs on. We also share it with Google and Meta as described above.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
